Jessie Robb is the owner of the Eleventh Hour Rehabilitation Programs, which offers intensive outpatient and day treatment substance abuse services. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Jessie Robb opened the Eleventh Hour in 1988 and her daughter, Rebecca CaPece, began working there in 1993. Rebecca has a B.A. and is the Director of Administrative Services. Jessie’s daughter, Melissa Fairless, has a B.S. and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Melissa began working at the Eleventh Hour in 1997 and is the Director of Clinical Services. Both daughters are on the management team.

All the many years of working with patients have provided the Eleventh Hour employees to further improve their skills and also to offer high-quality services.

Locally Operated – Serving Clovis and Fresno, California

In the 1980’s only long-term, government-funded or short-term, expensive hospital-based treatment programs were available. Consequently, I saw a need for a short-term, affordable, locally owned and operated program. As a result, I opened the Eleventh Hour. Since that time Eleventh Hour has continued to be family owned and locally operated. Our goal is to provide a quality program at an affordable price to people living primarily in the Fresno-Clovis area and surrounding communities.
